Page Ahead works with businesses, school groups and community organizations to collect new books to be distributed through our programs. We also link groups to specific schools for "adoption". Volunteers provide the books (through book drives or cash contributions) for the at-risk children in a program and then participate in reading events within those programs.

The Alderwood, Northtown and Pacific Place locations of Barnes and Noble will collect new books as part of their Million Books Holiday Drive to benefit Page Ahead. Help them reach a million and more!

November 12 to 18, 2007
Start your holiday shopping at Santoro's Books! For every children's book purchased during National Children's Book Week (November 12 - 18), Santoro's will donate 20% of the sale to Page Ahead and 826 Seattle. You can stretch your donation by buying a new children's book to give to Page Ahead. While there, vote for the best children's book you've read this year. The nominations will be displayed at Santoro's November 18 - 30.

Book-It Repertory Theatre's Peter Pan
November 30 to December 23, 2007
Book-It Repertory Theatre is excited to partner with Page Ahead to bring the joy of reading to children in our communities. They invite the public to donate a new, unwrapped book – or maybe even two – during the run of Peter Pan, November 30 to December 23.
