Page Ahead works with businesses, school groups and community organizations to collect new books to be distributed through our programs. We also link groups to specific schools for "adoption". Volunteers provide the books (through book drives or cash contributions) for the at-risk children in a program and then participate in reading events within those programs.

Our annual book drive with PACCAR and the Mariners is on June 18 and August 10. Come to the game and bring a book to donate or purchase books onsite for Page Ahead at the book fair. You can hit a home run for literacy!

For the entire month of August, Borders Books will host a book drive to benefit Page Ahead. Stop by your nearest Borders Books to purchase a book to donate in August. Last year we received 10,000 books and we hope to make it another successful book drive in 2008!
